Funding

Huub is developed as part of ongoing research into constraint programming, SAT solving, and optimization technology. The project has been supported by the following organizations and funding programs.

OPTIMA

This research was partially funded by the Australian Government through the Australian Research Council Industrial Transformation Training Centre in Optimization Technologies, Integrated Methodologies, and Applications (OPTIMA), Project ID IC200100009.

OPTIMA is a collaborative research center focused on developing next-generation optimization technologies and methodologies. The center brings together leading researchers from academia and industry to address real-world optimization challenges. The funding provided by OPTIMA has been instrumental in supporting the core research and development of Huub.

Amazon Research Award

Huub has been selected to receive an Amazon Research Award (Fall 2024). This award recognizes the project's innovative approach to CP+SAT and its potential impact on optimization technology.

Amazon Research Awards support novel research in areas that align with Amazon's scientific interests. The award provides resources and recognition for cutting-edge research that advances the state of the art in computer science and engineering. We are grateful for Amazon’s support and the opportunity to collaborate with researchers at Amazon on advancing constraint programming and optimization techniques.
